As soon as the ticket is canceled, Indigo will put the fare amount in a wallet in the name of the customer. The balance of the wallet can be seen by any passenger in the option of edit booking on Indigo's website.

Let me tell you, a credit shell is a kind of credit note. It is issued in lieu of a canceled PNR. It can be used for booking in future. Earlier, the government airline AI had stopped booking tickets till 30 April. The company said that it is awaiting instructions after the closing period of lockdown on 14 April.
